PERSONAL & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Full-Time  |  In-Person / Hybrid  |  Reports Directly to CEO

 | Lasso LLC | Granite Gold, Inc. | Granite Gold Services, Inc. | Swag Pacific LLC

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting a CEO who operates across four distinct companies: Lasso LLC (consulting/holding company), Granite Gold, Inc., Granite Gold Services, Inc., and Swag Pacific LLC. The Personal & Executive Assistant will serve as the CEO's primary point of operational support — managing priorities, communications, schedules, and projects across all entities while handling personal matters with equal professionalism and discretion.

This individual will work independently and proactively, anticipate needs before they arise, and act as a trusted extension of the CEO across all organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, brings exceptional judgment and organizational skills, and takes genuine ownership of every task assigned.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT

This role spans four companies plus personal support:

 | Lasso LLC | Primary holding and consulting entity; CEO's primary business base.
| Granite Gold, Inc. | Core product company; may involve customer, vendor, or partnership coordination.
| Granite Gold Services, Inc. | Service arm; may include scheduling, contract, and operational support.
| Swag Pacific LLC | Branded merchandise/product entity; project and vendor coordination.
| Personal | Personal scheduling, errands, travel, household coordination, and special projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Administrative Support

•      Manage a dynamic, multi-company calendar and scheduling system, ensuring the CEO is prepared for all commitments across all entities with appropriate briefing materials.

•      Prioritize and triage all incoming communications, issues, and requests directed to the CEO; determine appropriate course of action and respond or redirect as needed.

•      Draft, proofread, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including acknowledgment letters, proposals, follow-up emails, and other business communications.

•      Compile and prepare documents, presentations, reports, and materials for meetings across all four companies.

•      Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams, departments, and external partners — maintaining positive, professional relationships at all levels.

•      Track critical deadlines, deliverables, and action items across multiple companies, proactively flagging upcoming commitments and potential conflicts.

•      Maintain comprehensive, confidential filing systems (digital and physical) for each company entity.

Travel & Logistics

•      Arrange complex domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries for business and personal travel.

•      Prepare comprehensive travel packages with agendas, confirmations, meeting details, and contingency plans.

•      Manage expense reporting and reimbursements related to travel and business activities.

Project & Operations Support

•      Lead and execute special projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight — taking full ownership and delivering results.

•      Research and analyze new opportunities, vendors, tools, or initiatives as directed; present findings with actionable recommendations.

•      Coordinate across companies on shared resources, vendors, or initiatives, ensuring smooth information flow.

•      Support planning and execution of company events, off-sites, client meetings, and special functions.

•      Assist with basic operational tasks and administrative workflows across Granite Gold, Swag Pacific, and other entities as needed.

Personal Support

•      Run personal and business errands for the CEO as needed, including shopping, deliveries, reservations, and vendor coordination.

•      Assist with personal scheduling, appointments, household-related coordination, and family commitments.

•      Handle sensitive personal matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

•      5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.

•      Demonstrated experience supporting multiple business entities or executives simultaneously.

•      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

•      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

•      Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage many open items simultaneously.

•      Strong judgment and discretion — ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity across multiple companies.

•      Proactive problem-solver with strong independent decision-making capability.

•      Highly resourceful and self-directed; equally effective working alone or collaboratively.

•      Flexible and adaptable — thrives under shifting priorities and deadline pressure without losing composure.

•      Willing and able to handle personal errands and non-traditional tasks without hesitation.

Preferred

•      Experience supporting a CEO or owner across multiple business entities or holding companies.

•      Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar).

•      Background in consumer products, professional services, or consulting environments.

•      Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, or procurement activities.

•      Comfort with both professional and personal assistance duties without drawing artificial lines between them.

WHO YOU ARE

You are the person who figures it out. You don't wait to be told twice, and you don't come back with "I couldn't find it" — you come back with the answer and three alternatives. You are always 10 steps ahead, anticipating needs before they're expressed, and you take genuine pride in making a complex, fast-moving operation run smoothly.

You understand that supporting a CEO across multiple companies means no two days are the same, and you wouldn't have it any other way. You bring both the polish of a seasoned executive assistant and the hustle of a startup team member — and you know when each is called for.
